Rickert Joins Affiliate Law Firm

XENIA - Coolidge, Wall, Womsley & Lombard has announced David Rickert will join the firm at its Greene County affiliate, Coolidge, Wall, Finlay, Johnson & Beard.  Rickert's practice is consistent with clientele needs in the Xenia office and concentrates on general practice as well as business, real estate and construction litigation.

"We are happy David has joined the Firm to help us meet the needs of the growing number of clients in our Xenia-based office," said Shannon Martin, a shareholder with Coolidge, Wall, Womsley & Lombard and Greene County resident.  "The addition of David to our staff furthers our commitment to Greene County and we are pleased to be expanding our services."

Coolidge, Wall, Finlay, Johnson & Beard, located at 260 N. Detroit St. in Xenia offers legal services to businesses and individuals in Greene and surrounding counties.  The affiliation with Coolidge, Wall, Womsley & Lombard provides clients the experience and capacity of a large law firm with the convenience and familiarity of a centrally located Greene County office.

Rickert, who has practiced in the Dayton area since 1978, focuses on a wide variety of business and construction litigation, including trade secret litigation, litigation concerning non-compete agreements, software development and implementation, shareholder disputes, theft of corporate opportunities, copyright infringement and professional negligence.  His construction litigation background includes litigation involving residential, commercial, and industrial projects, as well as geotechnical engineering.  His construction practice has an emphasis in representing architects and engineers.  Rickert has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
